William FaidiWilliam Faidi founded Tribeca Companies in 2005. He is actively involved in managing the firm and serves on the Investment Committee.William has over 17 years of real estate experience during which time he worked with a privately-held investment company overseeing investments in retail, office and multi-family properties. His responsibilities have included property acquisitions, deal structuring and negotiations, financing, leasing and disposition of real estate assets. In 2000, William co-founded an internet-based employee benefit and merchandising firm that provided goods and services to a number of Fortune 500 clients. These included such global concerns as Accenture, Citigroup, Northwest Airlines, JP Morgan Chase, Microsoft, Manpower, Oracle, H&R Block, as well as others. In 2002 the company was merged with a national merchandising company. William is a graduate of the University of San Francisco and Harvard University. He holds JD and MBA degrees (Cum Laude, Law Review, Moot Court Award, AmJur Award). He also earned a Master's degree in Health Law. He has practiced real estate and international law, was Of Counsel to a corporate transactions and tax firm, has worked with Lillick & Charles (now Nixon Peabody LLP), and the Supreme Court of California. He is a member of the California, Minnesota, and District of Columbia bars and a Solicitor of the Courts of England and Wales.
