Tribeca Companies opportunistically invests in commercial real estate located in the metropolitan areas of the western United States in areas with positive demographic characteristics and trends. Our diversified approach hedges risk while capturing the upside potential across multiple markets and asset types.

Our objective is to provide attractive risk-adjusted returns with a moderate risk profile to our investors over the long term, primarily through yield and capital appreciation. We achieve this objective by selectively acquiring target assets constructing a diversified investment portfolio designed to produce attractive returns over a variety of market conditions and economic cycles.
